Our luxurious 3 bedroom villa is part of an up market development located between Latchi marina, bordering the Akamas
national park and the Anassa hotel, the most exclusive on the island. The crystal clear Mediterranean sea is just a 300 m stroll
away. Jardin is located in a private cul-de-sac with no passing traffic, giving an air of tranquility and peace.

The separate kitchen is unusual in that the majority of properties in Cyprus have open plan kitchens which includes granite work
tops, a fridge freezer, microwave as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and water chiller. Double doors lead from the kitchen to
the smartly tiled rear patio. A guest W.C. completes the rooms on the ground floor.

Both at the top and halfway up the impressive marble staircase are very cleverly constructed windows which add a feeling of light
and brightness to the property. At the very top and bottom of the stairs is a child safety gate for added safety.

Bedroom three is at the rear of the rear of the property and has all the benefits of the other two bedrooms, but this one has a
balcony offering stunning views of the foothills of Akamas national park. Between bedrooms two and three is a generously sized
and well equipped bathroom.

Entry to the grounds of our property are via double gates. Steps lead to the front door and to the left is the drive to the covered
parking area - essential when the car needs to be protected from the fierce summer sun. The drive is large enough to easily
accommodate three, cars if required.

We have environmentally friendly air conditioning installed through out Jardin. Once through the front door we come to the large
open plan lounge and dining area. Double doors lead from the lounge to the front patio. Where better than this to enjoy a pre-
dinner drink whilst enjoying the often stunning sunsets. The dining area is large enough to seat eight diners. The lounge includes a
two piece modern settee with LCD TV, supporting all UK channels, sports news, films, supplied by fast wi-fi and a DVD player.
Subtle lighting adds to the feel of elegance about the property.

On the upper floor there is a very large landing leading to the master bedroom on the right. This is a double bedroom with an en
suite bathroom with overhead shower. The attractively furnished bedroom has very high ceilings to aid air circulation and a balcony
which allows views over the sparkling Mediterranean sea. The bedroom also includes electric heating panels for the short Cyprus
winters. Bedroom two is also a double with copious amounts of wardrobe space and as is the case of the master bedroom contains
a balcony with sea views.

To the rear of the property is a smartly tiled patio area. Child friendly gate's separate the villa and patio from the pool area. The
pool which is not overlooked, measures 8m x 4m with LED underwater colour changing lighting where you can enjoy swimming under
the stars at night. The garden boasts numerous flowers, shrubs and trees for a relaxing ambience. There is a bbq patio area where
you can dine alfresco under the shade of the paragoda.
